Led by Najwa Hafiz, MA, MHC-LP
Najwa supports individuals healing from early attachment wounds—neglect, control, emotional abandonment—by helping them explore internalized shame, survival roles, and new ways of relating.
With a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, Najwa creates a space where clients can reconnect with their authentic selves, especially those navigating cultural identity and complex relational patterns.
Fluent in Arabic and English, she brings warmth, cultural sensitivity, and deep compassion to the work of untangling the invisible threads that shape how we love, trust, and show up in the world.
