Led by Bianca Garcia, MS, LMHC-DLP
As a proud Hispanic and Latina therapist, Bianca brings deep cultural awareness and lived experience to her work. Being the first in her immediate family to earn a postgraduate degree, she is passionate about supporting others through major life transitions, breaking generational cycles, and navigating anxiety and depression with compassion.
Bianca’s approach is rooted in cultural connection, empathy, and curiosity. She uses CBT and an integrative lens to honor what makes each client unique—especially those who’ve grown up without cultural representation in therapy. Currently refining her Spanish skills, she finds deep purpose in giving back to communities that reflect her own background.
Bianca creates a space where clients feel seen, safe, and empowered.
